We have made every effort to show the garments as accurately as possible. However slight colour variation may occur due to the monitor you are using.
If the item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock we will contact you with the expected delivery date. If you wish to cancel the order we will refund you in full.
If you are looking for an item that isn't shown on the shopping site, please email your enquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org as we may have stock available.
All prices on the shopping site are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include 15% New Zealand GST (Sales Tax).
If converting prices to another currency a slight variation of between 2 and 5% may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates.
NEW ZEALAND - Delivery is free within New Zealand. Your order will be shipped using New Zealand Post Courier Post Signature Track and Trace. We cannot courier to a PO Box.
AUSTRALIA - Delivery is $25 NZD. You order will be shipped using New Zealand Post International Economy Courier Track and Trace. We cannot courier to a PO Box. Approx 5 working days.
REST OF THE WORLD - Delivery is $45 NZD. You order will be shipped using New Zealand Post International Economy Courier Track and Trace. We cannot courier to a PO Box. Approx 7 - 10 working days.
Title of merchandise being shipped out of New Zealand will pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
The international shipping charge covers packaging, freight and insurance, but does not cover any customs duty tax which may be charged by the destination country. Depending on the destination you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. Vaughan Geeson will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred in your country.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if it is the wrong size please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days to arrange an exchange or a refund.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and unaltered. All the original labelling must also be returned in good condition.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, however we will cover the cost of shipping an exchange item to the customer.
If we have sent the incorrect item/s or you find a fault, we will refund the return shipping cost and we will replace with the correct item/s.
Vaughan Geeson will never pass on , sell or distribute your information to any other party. The information we receive from you is used to process orders only.
